Back in the day, everyone in my neighbourhood was burning pirated CDs just to photoshop in a girlfriend they never had.
One cool kid always had the hookup, his dad brought all the software with games from abroad.
That’s how I got my first adobe photodeluxe, where I started messing around with fonts and colours.
Fast forward, I actually became a designer.
Had to pay for the degree and the software.
But guess what? That first part’s no longer a problem because ‪@Affinity‬ just made their tool free forever, and it’s no joke, it’s genuinely powerful.
