Designing “Curious Christmas” for Hendrick’s Gin

Quirky distiller Hendrick’s Gin launched its 2020 festive campaign cross multiple European markets. I was asked to help design DOOH ads based around new visuals that bring to life the Hendrick’s peculiar and surreal Victoriana world that’s now become established globally.

For the digital out-of-home, shopper marketing, social media stories and posts in the UK the visuals reflect the idea of a “Gathering of the Unusual” and a Christmas cracker named “Curious Cracker”.

For the German market, I helped to design a mural that was painted on walls between the trendy neighbourhoods of Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg in Berlin and also in Hamburg’s buzzy Sternschanze district.
