“The 5G Effect” logo design for Oppo pitch

Oppo entered the UK market with their new 5G smartphone, the Oppo Find X2 Pro, which gives people that front-of-the-queue feeling by offering instant access to the inaccessible. The pitch idea was to put the future in the hands of the people creating it and to task a cult creators to imagine what the future might look like with 5G and Oppo’s enhanced connectivity, communication, clarity and speed. This would be executed through an Instagram Stories AR filter called “The 5G effect”.

I was tasked with developing a simple, but super cool, wordmark encompassing art, technology and speed. The logo highlights the transitions and unlimited possibilities of the AR filter.
